Q. Why was my credit card denied?

A. Your credit card may be denied for a number of reasons. If your orders shipping address and billing address do not match that of the cardholder, your order may not be processed. To ensure your order, please only use your personal credit cards and ship your orders to same as address as the cardholders address. 

Q. I only received part of my order.. where is the rest of my order?

A. When your order contains multiple products, there is a chance that you purchased items from more than one vendor. If your order includes products from more than one vendor, there is a chance some items may be shipped from from different locations. This may result in some of your order arriving separately and possibly not arriving all on the same day.
