Chris Brown’s career definitely suffered a devastating blow from the infamous assault of his then-girlfriend Rihanna. Today it became clear exactly how bad things have gotten for the former prince of pop when he issued a recorded statement pleading with his fans for their support, saying:

“Some radio stations aren’t playing my records.  They’re not being that supportive and I wouldn’t expect them to. But it’s on the fans…It’s in your power to bring me back.”

After last week’s bizarre courthouse fire caused Lil Wayne’s sentencing to be delayed for the second time, Lil Wayne has officially been taken into custody as of March 8 2010. He will probably serve 8 months in city jails not in state pens, and has also asked for protective custody out of concern for his health following massive dental surgery. Peep the first single off “Thank Me”

The 43-year-old former Gangstarr member suffered a heart attack this past weekend, and was in a med-induced coma for several days. He underwent emergency surgery on Monday afternoon, which apparently was successful as he has since then woke up and issued this statement.

“I am doing fine and I am recovering! I’m weak though,” Guru said. “Solar is the only person who has the accurate info on my situation. Any info from anybody else is false! I appreciate your well wishes and all the love!”

Solar, who is Guru’s producer and business partner, echoed Guru’s sentiments, saying “Guru is resting and doing well after his surgery. The doctors say that he will fully recover from his illness. We thank everyone who send prayers our way and we appreciate the outpouring of love from around the world!”

At this time it appears that Guru is in stable condition.
